   - In the OpenSea homepage search bar, type in "Lacontento" or related keywords to search for the NFT.

   - Navigate to the detailed page of the NFT you're interested in.

4. **Purchase the NFT**:

   - On the NFT detail page, click the "Buy Now" button, or if the item is being auctioned, select "Place Bid".

   - When the payment confirmation window appears, check your wallet balance and the price of the NFT before proceeding with the purchase.

2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Artwork

• The digital ownership of the sold NFT is transferred to the buyer.

• The original creator retains all copyrights of the artwork and has the right to receive royalties in case of resale. The rate and method of royalties will be defined separately.

• Physical duplication or reproduction in any other form is not included in NFT ownership.

• The seller holds all rights and responsibilities for the artwork. LaContento acts as an intermediary platform and does not bear responsibility for the content of the artwork.

3. Protection of Celebrities and Artists

• LaContento respects the rights and reputation of celebrities and artists.

• Sale of content that may infringe copyright or defame is prohibited.

• Collaborative NFTs with celebrities and artists are sold with explicit consent from the respective celebrity or artist.

4. Transactions and Refunds

• All NFT transactions are final, and refunds or exchanges are fundamentally not allowed.

• In exceptional cases wishing for a refund, one must contact the LaContento customer service center.

5. Amendment of the Terms

• LaContento can amend the terms with prior notice. The amended terms will be announced on the platform and will apply 14 days after the announcement.

6. Disclaimer and Limitations

• LaContento is not responsible for losses due to force majeure reasons such as blockchain network failures or hacking.

• LaContento does not intervene in disputes between sellers and buyers.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes related to these terms will be resolved by mutual agreement, based on the laws of the region where LaContento’s headquarters is located. If necessary, arbitration or legal proceedings can be initiated.

The contributions and participation of Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art in all NFTs must be accurately recognized and expressed. Distorting or omitting their participation is prohibited.

2. Protection of Image and Reputation:

Contents or activities in NFTs that could harm the image or reputation of Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art are prohibited.

3. Protection of Commercial Rights:

Commercial rights of Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art, including their images, voices, performances, or other expressions, cannot be used without permission.

4. Protection of Personal Information:

Personal or sensitive information of Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art must not be shared or distributed through NFTs.

5. Right to Modify and Delete Information:

Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art retain the right to modify and delete their information included in NFTs.

6. Prohibition of Defamation and False Information:

Including defamatory or false information about Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art in NFTs is prohibited.

7. Restrictions on Commercial Use:

Using the name, image, or works of Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art for commercial purposes without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights of works by Lacontento and AlekSunDoor_art belong to them, and infringing upon these rights is prohibited.

9. Limitations on Representation and Endorsement:

NFT purchasers or users cannot claim to represent or have received endorsement from Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art.

10. Actions in Case of Contract Breach:

In case of violation of the above provisions, Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art can take immediate legal action.

11. Jurisdiction:

All disputes related to the NFTs will be resolved in the courts located at Lacontento’s headquarters.

12. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes with Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art should be primarily resolved through arbitration.

13. Liability for Damages:

If Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art suffer damages due to a breach of the above provisions, full compensation for the damages must be provided.

14. License Limitations:

NFT purchasers or users do not receive any additional licenses for the works of Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art.

15. Limitation of Liability:

Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of NFTs.

16. Interpretation of Terms:

Interpretation of these terms is at the discretion of Lacontento.

17. Notification of Terms Changes:

If the terms change, Lacontento will notify in an appropriate manner.

18. Contract Termination:

Lacontento can immediately terminate the NFT use contract in case of a breach.

19. Feedback and Suggestions:

NFT users can provide feedback and suggestions to Lacontento, celebrities, and AlekSunDoor_art, but cannot demand compensation for them.

20. Restrictions on External Links:

Including external links in NFTs related to Lacontento, celebrities, or AlekSunDoor_art may be limited.
