History:

Scabal has equipped tailors and clothing designers globally with the finest fabrics materials. At its traditional mill in England, Scabal's fabric are woven from the finest fabrics. Since the 16th century, Scabal's English heritage mill has operated in Huddersfield, the birthplace of traditional English textile production. There is still a vast variety of collections woven there. The soft water in the region gives the cloths a familiar beautiful look, as with many Yorkshire mills.

Innovative is always the focus of Scabal. The organization has thus been the first to create a bunch book and has created fine fabrics that have breached the boundaries of the Super 100s, 120s, 150s and 180. Scabal leads in weaving creativity by the fusion of conventional methods and fabrics with new technologies for future generations through the use of superfine wool from family-owned farms. All starts with fabric at Scabal. Creativity and refinement have been at the forefront of weaving for over 80 years. Today we will find our fabric in tailor workshops in over 75 countries around the world.
